
As specialists in luxury holiday rentals in Marbella we are faced with a wide variety of questions. Though they can vary greatly and we will happily provide you with personal enquiries, we’ve collated some of the most commonly asked ones here for your convenience:

Can I arrange airport transfers?
Of course, send us the details and you will be picked up and dropped off. It is an addition cost service, so of course we will first quote and only proceed once the rate is approved and the booking confirmed.
Can I bring my pets?
Some owners allow them while others don’t, so to make it easier for potential guests we indicate whether the property is pet friendly or not with this icon.
Can I smoke inside the rental property?
While you may not smoke inside the rental homes themselves, it is possible in outdoor areas such as terraces and gardens.
Are cleaning and utility costs included in the rental price?
All electricity, water, gas and cleaning costs are included in the quoted price.
Is there wireless internet?
All the rental homes offered through Esenzia have wireless (fibre-optic) internet.
Do I need to bring my own towels, sheets and other utensils?
It’s all present and included. What’s more, everything will be freshly cleaned and beds made up before you arrive – and you can also contract additional cleaning services.
Do you offer laundry cleaning?
All rental homes offered through Esenzia are equipped with modern washing machines, but you can also contract laundry cleaning through our concierge service.
Can you provide baby cribs and high chairs?
High chairs are available for €10 per day, and extra beds of various descriptions for €30 per day.
Is there private parking?
The properties we offer for rent usually have car parking facilities.
Do all properties come with international TV options?
We do our best to ensure that all our properties have IPTV services with over 100 international channels. In addition, it is also possible to request a Premium Package for an additional €65 per stay.
Do you provide a lost and found service?
We inspect properties for any items that have been forgotten, but please also make sure to report any missing items within 48 hours of your departure date, as many of the rental homes are occupied soon after you leave. Describe the item and address to ship it to and we will do our best to get it back to you.

How do I get a price?
You can search for properties on the Esenzia website, get quotes, discounts and also book, pay and confirm your reservation directly through us. The price will almost certainly be lower than booking through advertising sites such as Booking.com, HomeAway or Airbnb.
When is a booking confirmed?
Once you have made the 50% down-payment your reservation is confirmed. Once this is done, we will email you the Property Guide with all information and Google Maps links.
When is the balance due?
You’ll be reminded to pay the remaining 50% plus a refundable deposit 15 days before arrival. The deposit is returned within 10 days of check-out, after inspection of the property.
How do I check in and out – and what are the check-in and check-out times?
Our Guest Service Manager will be in contact you to arrange this before the time. Check-in is between 4pm-9pm, with an additional charge (€50) for late check-in, while check-out is no longer than 11am on the day of your departure. You can, however, safely keep your luggage and belongings with us if your flight leaves later.
Could I also rent an Esenzia property for an extended stay?
You can, and these we quote at monthly rates with a discount for longer stays.
Can I change my reservation, and are there extra charges?
Changes to dates are of course subject to availability. Contact us with your request and we will always try to accommodate you.
What if I cancel the reservation?
You will receive a refund if you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before the arrival date.
